1. What RailCast is

An independent app showing Indian Railways information retrieved from a third-party rail-data provider. Not affiliated with Indian Railways, IRCTC, CRIS, or the Ministry of Railways.

2. No booking or transactions

RailCast does not sell tickets, process payments, or make reservations. For bookings, use IRCTC's authorised channels.

3. Accuracy & "as is"

Data can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable and comes from a third party we don't control. RailCast is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a purpose.

4. Acceptable use

• Use RailCast for personal, lawful purposes.
• Don't scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, disrupt or abuse the app or backend.
• Don't use it in any way that breaches the data providers' terms or applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The RailCast name, design and original software are ours. Railway names, codes and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

6. Availability & changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of RailCast (including the data source) at any time, and may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RailCast and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or opportunity from your use of the app or its information.

8. Governing law

Governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
